Yum! It has all those fabulous spices that make Mexican food so good! I don’t think I can serve this to my grandcousins, who are the ones I usually cook tacos for, but maybe I can sneak a taco recipe for myself when they’re not looking. 🙂 I love fish tacos, too, and I imagine you can substitute a decent fillet for the chicken, for variety. I doubt you’d have to marinate fish as long as the chicken, but the flavors should be just as awesome with fish. Hey! Thanks for sharing! I love a good recipe!
For fish tacos try the TILAPIA loins. You can get them at Costco. Excellent!
Great advice, although I’ll have to find them at BJ’s, which is no problem. I think I’d like to find a recipe for a slaw-like add to the tacos, which is very well suited to fish tacos. (Houlihan’s makes a nice fish taco, although the fish is coated; the slaw is great.) If you have a recipe for that… 🙂
The TILAPIA loins are great for ANY RECIPE but they work great in fish tacoa…no bones…no skin…no funk…work great taste great.
